C2DA was engaged to support the delivery of the realignment and upgrade of Moorebank Avenue from south of Anzac Road to the East Hills rail line. The works include a new signalised intersection, as well as drainage and retaining structures. The project is designed to improve safety, traffic efficiency, and connectivity within the expanding Intermodal Precinct.
Design and construction of precast noise walls along Heathcote Rd to protect adjoining communities as part of the broader Heathcote Road upgrade. Works progressed through 2024 with distinctive architectural treatment to the wall panels.
C2DA delivered the design and construction of approximately 495 metres of 4.5-metre high precast noise wall along Fairford Road as part of Transport for NSW’s Noise Abatement Program. The project provided effective noise reduction for local residents, significantly improving living conditions while integrating functional design with community amenity.
C2DA managed the replacement of a single-span timber bridge with a new two-lane concrete structure, including a pedestrian pathway, for Goulburn Mulwaree Council. The upgrade improved safety, flood resilience, and connectivity for both vehicles and pedestrians, providing a long-term infrastructure solution for the community.
Delivery of corridor upgrades and new iC2DA supported Transport for NSW in delivering safety and capacity upgrades across two intersections in Mascot. Works at Kent Road and Ricketty Street included new slip lanes, traffic islands, and pedestrian crossings. The project improved traffic flow, reduced congestion, and enhanced pedestrian safety in a high-volume urban area.
Delivery of corridor upgrades and new intersection treatments along Tallawong Road to lift the corridor to collector-road standard. The package included a new roundabout and tie-ins to earlier precinct upgrades, such as the Schofields Road signals. These works improved local connectivity and safety while supporting rapid growth in Sydney’s north-west.
Supported the Sydney Water Lower South Creek Program, delivering major upgrades to wastewater treatment facilities across north-west Sydney, including Riverstone and St Marys. These works significantly increased capacity, reliability, and water quality, ensuring the network can serve more than 500,000 additional residents by 2040.
C2DA contributed to the Southern Extension of the Caval Ridge Mine, part of the BHP Mitsubishi Alliance’s world-class metallurgical coal complex delivered by Bechtel. Our works included the movement of over 4 million cubic metres of earth and the production and placement of more than 3 million cubic metres of pavement materials sourced and processed on site. This large-scale delivery supported the expansion of one of Australia’s most significant mining operations.
We supported the duplication of Lanyon Drive between Sheppard Street and the Tompsitt Drive roundabout, improving access between the ACT and Jerrabomberra. The works included widening and strengthening the Jerrabomberra Creek bridge and the demolition, reconstruction and duplication of the Letchworth Railway bridge, delivered as a joint Roads ACT / RTA (NSW) program commencing in 2009.
Delivery of the realignment of the notorious Capricorn Corner on the Barton Highway, about 28 km north of Canberra. The package introduced a consistent 100 km/h speed zone, sealed road shoulders, and clearer sight lines, replacing a crash-prone bend with a safer, smoother alignment. Completed in February 2010, the upgrade formed part of the Barton Highway safety works improving conditions for motorists and freight alike.
C2DA also contributed to the second package of the Northern Busway, focusing on the delivery of bridge structures and corridor connections. This included the construction of multiple bridges to carry busway lanes across arterial roads and waterways, integrating the busway seamlessly into Auckland’s transport network. The bridges package strengthened the system’s resilience and helped ensure smoother, safer journeys for thousands of commuters daily.
C2DA was engaged on the first package of the Northern Busway, New Zealand’s inaugural dedicated busway system. This stage involved the construction of 6.24 km of dedicated busway lanes, along with drainage, utility services, and supporting infrastructure for new transport stations. The works laid the foundation for a reliable high-capacity public transport link between the North Shore and Auckland’s CBD.

A carefully tailored industrial estate with 14 units (around 5,000 m² total), combining functional warehouse space with built-in offices, mezzanines, landscaping, and high-quality finishes. Delivered in D&C form, it showcases C2DA’s ability to deliver efficient, scalable industrial precincts.

C2DA contributed to Goodman’s Oakdale South Estate Stage 1, managing enabling works for road infrastructure and warehouse Lot 1D. The package provided essential services, drainage, and pavement to unlock development of one of Sydney’s largest and most in-demand industrial hubs.
Crace is a major suburb development in Gungahlin built via a joint venture led by Canberra Investment Corporation, partnering with the ACT Government’s Land Development Agency and Defence Housing Australia, among others. C2DA delivered five stages of the project, comprising roughly 800 residential lots, including roads, servicing, streetscape, and civil infrastructure. The broader Crace masterplan spans around 140 hectares, intended for ~1,430 blocks overall.
C2DA was involved in three stages of the Calderwood Valley master-planned community, one of the Illawarra’s largest urban expansions with approximately 4,800 dwellings. The scope of works included road construction, bridge delivery, and significant environmental controls along Macquarie Rivulet.
